As for safety, both ways perform well in preventing the tablet from falling while driving. The all-in-one cable tablet is connected to the dashboard by locking a RAM bracket on the back panel, it can only be removed by tools once fixed. When the docking station is locked, the tablet will be firmly fixed on it and cannot be removed until the lock is unlocked with a key.
